It's easy

This simple mathematical formula:

1000 = 51770
1500=52238
2000 = 52738
2500=49174
3000 = 49770
...

I'm pretty good in math and have worked as a programmer for 10 years but I still don't understand - ok 1500 & 2000 there is a relation 52238-1500 and 52738-2000 are both equal to 50738 but what about the others? In that case 1000 should be 51738 and 3000 should be 53738.

As much as I appreciate the help from our polish friends I would not buy the dongle because it does not have any commercial value. I gladly pay VNS for map updates - and have done so 4-5 times now - because I myself charge for that. But when it comes to SVM error as irritating as it might be it does not affect functionality of the system - therefore in my opinion it would not hurt anyone if the formula for counting the number to remove the error was made public.

For the channel 15 I've got Value 0 and Count 20212

I know they are not the same person, I'm not stupid... but I had not seen Kris's post when I made mine as they were at the same time.

I was referring to Kris2010 and AudiR8

Also I totally agree with you, I asked both people in a PM to let me know how to fix this error as I am always updating my own 3G kit and neither replied, then the dongle appeared from Kris2010, hence my post about not getting the info from them.

I also appreciate the work these guys do, just the map updates alone are a god send.

Craigy - i did not imply you were stupid - I meant that kris2010 (owner of VNS) is selling the dongle - kris and audir8 so I thought they would be kind enough to share the knowledge

nickysthlm, you problem with DSP can be resolve only at dealership. You need of data param 0n sound and equliser setting on DSP - with other words you dont't hear a perfect sound in your car after update.

If you have a retrofited 3g mmi the data record doesn't be writen on dsp ECU. In that case the dealer don't help you
