This isn't the place to insert your "rules" (I presume you mean Terms and Conditions of Business?), there should be a clear link to them on your website, and maybe they should even be printed on the back of any paperwork you send out to customers?
If someone here has a problem with one area then IMHO you should quote them stating the problem and, in reply, state your view and if necessary quote THE (single where possible) "rule" that clarifies the point - not just post all your "rules".
To everyone else - personal insults divert us all from the purpose of this thread, which is to clarify and resolve any issues between Naviservice customers who are also members here and Naviservice.
I know emotions get raised, but please let's try and solve the issues wuthout getting personal.
I would really like Naviservice to have a successful business with happy customers, let's see what we can all do to make that happen if at all possible (and if we are all willing it should be possible).
Petroldave you are right: as I wrote I'm ready to show all docs.
In this way all should be clear and I suppose that someone should apologize to the written phrases.
I'm here.

In the afternoon (9 november) I went to my audi dealer to remove cp and check if it was 100% legal:
This should show that what I wrote was true and not fake as someone try to tell.
Remember that I was member of many audi forums and I'm a reliable user in all of them.
Some persons should think something more before writing: I'm not offending anyone but it is the true.
cm people ,this is getting old now lets talk about Audi stuff remember also that we are all from differ cultures and nationalities where English is our second lang,so some explanations might come out the wrong way....and sound a bit funny ?just a thought..

The company that for so many years on the market do not allow yourself to lose a few Euros opinion!

I just wanted to share my very positive experience with Naviservice. I have a 2010 Audi S4 with MMI 3G HDD which I brought from US to Finland. I finally pulled the plug and decided to update the navigation and the radio unit to support European maps and radio frequencies. I shipped the navigation and the radio unit to Naviservice on 17th of October. Naviservice received my package on 21st of October and my navigation and radio unit were sent back to me on the following day (22nd of October). I received them yesterday (27th of October) and installed them. Everything works perfectly and now I have fully working navigation and radio.
From my experience I can recommend Naviservice. Their communication to me was very prompt and the service was very fast.
