Hello mate sorry to bother you, but from reading these posts you appear to be a bit of an expert. I have a 2007 A6 Avant 2.7 TDi Quattro - recently I have have had problems with MMI system. From what I can gather from other posts it sounds like BT fault ie 4 seconds on 4 seconds off on the sound mute light flashes on and off and no functionality of any of the 4 components that make up the mmi system. Do you know of anybody who could supply me with a new module or fit it for me?

Hi Richard, are you able to pull from the tech documentation i saw you had an exploded schematic of where the phone item is located under the passenger seat (am using pm so that yo udont get a deluge of similar library requests!). Also can you comment on approach for removing the trim to get the carpet up. Had a look and it doesnt seem obvious. thaks for the tip on the tool, have placed an order.
