I have a '05 Audi A8L and have this annoying issue that some times the lights on my shifter do not light up. Most of the time the P, R, N, D, S is lit up and Ive noticed that sometimes lately it doesn't. Has anyone had this happen? Thanks

I know that for USA A8 models running MMI software 3360 the AMI modules with p/n "4E0 057 785 B" and "4E0 057 785 F" are compatible.

ETKA says AMI module p/n: "4E0 057 785 C" is for China and ROK (Korea) models so I am hoping with USA models too but does anyone know for sure before I buy it off of ebay?

I have the opportunity to buy the new 2010 three spoke all leather Audi A8 steering wheel. I tried it on my car, and if fits perfectly, the only problem is the wiring.... in my 2006 steering wheel there are 6 wires entering the wheel while on the new wheel there are only 3 wire that enter in the wheel....

There are 2 plugs on each steering wheel, on my 2006 the center plug has 13 wires that enter the steering column and 6 in the wheel. The new 2010 model has the same number of wires entering the steering column (13) but only 3 wires entering the wheel:-k

I am not sure what to do.... does anyone have any ideas ?
